3D Virtual Tours
3D Virtual Tours are shot with a state-of-the-art Matterport Pro 2.0 3D Camera. Link to the tour will be provided within 24 hours and can be uploaded to the MLS, your website or Facebook Page. 3D virtual tours are $0.07 per interior square foot. For example, a 2,000 square foot home would cost $140.
2D Photos
A minimum of 45 edited, high-definition photos will be sent to you within 24 hours via dropbox link. Price is $75, however, if you request photos only, without a 3D tour, the price increases to $125.
Floor Plans
Professional floor plans take a bit longer, but you should receive them within 48-72 hours of the site visit. Accurate measurements and room labels come standard. Samples available upon request. Cost is $50
Google St View Integration
Google Street View Integration allows for people to access 3D tours straight from Google Maps and Google Street View. Cost for this feature is $50
Aerial Photos
Aerial photos are shot with a 1080p drone and are a great way to get bird’s eye views of the surrounding neighborhood and property features. Cost is $50 for 10 photos
Videos
Videos will be sent via youtube link. They a digital walk through of the 3D tour. Click the photo above for an example. Cost is $100
